Swan’s Journey

Living with Adopter

In the year 1880, in California. It was a warm summer in California, and the town basked in the golden sunshine, with the air filled with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers. Fourteen-year-old Ryan had a cherished daily routine: walking by the lake near his home to feed the swans. Among them, one swan had formed a special bond with him, refusing food from anyone but Ryan himself. Over time, they grew inseparable, and Ryan often found himself talking to the swan as if it were a dear friend.

One afternoon, Ryan’s mother sent him to the bakery to buy bread. But when he arrived, he realized, to his dismay, that he had lost the money she had given him. It wasn’t the thought of telling his mother that troubled him, it was the long journey home and back again that seemed impossible. Just then, the warm, inviting aroma of fresh bread filled the street. Ryan looked around and noticed a young girl, about his age, selling bread on her own. She had a kind face and a gentle presence, and Ryan found himself drawn to her stall.

Delia: Hey, you there! Would you like to buy some fresh bread?
Ryan: Well… I was supposed to buy bread from the bakery, but I just realized I lost the money my mother gave me.
Delia: Oh, that’s no problem! I’d be happy to give you some for free.
Ryan: Really? That’s incredibly kind of you, but I wouldn’t want to take from what you’re selling.
Delia: Don’t worry about that. It makes me happy to help someone in need. No way I’d let you go home empty-handed.
Ryan: Wow, that’s so generous. I don’t even know how to thank you! What’s your name?
Delia: You can call me Delia. Or Delly, if you prefer.
Ryan: It’s really nice to meet you, Delia. I’m Ryan. Do you always sell bread here? It looks delicious, maybe I’ll come to buy it from you instead of the bakery.
Delia: That’s sweet, Ryan. But actually… tomorrow, my family is moving to a village far from here.
Ryan: Oh, really? That’s unfortunate. Where are you moving to?
Delia: My father mentioned a place after the lake.
Ryan: That’s quite far… I wish you and your family the best. And thank you so much for your kindness today, I’ll never forget it.
Delia: You’re so welcome. Take care, Ryan. I hope fate brings us together again someday. Oh, and say hi to your mother for me!
Ryan: Take care, too, Delia. You’re a truly kind person, and I’m really happy I got to meet you. Goodbye!

“What a kind and wonderful boy Ryan is,” Delia thought with a smile. “His warmth and gratitude truly touched my heart, and I’m so glad I was able to help him.” As she watched him walk away, a gentle longing settled within her.

“I hope our paths cross again someday,” she whispered to herself. But as the thought lingered, a question arose in her mind: was this just admiration, or was it something deeper?

“Could this be the beginning of love?” Delia wondered, feeling her heart flutter at the possibility.

As Ryan walked home, he felt a warmth in his heart, a feeling he had never quite experienced before. He tells his mother all about Delia and her kindness. She smiled knowingly, happy that her son was beginning to understand the beauty of human connection, perhaps even the first stirrings of love.

The next day, Ryan visited the lake as usual, and his swan greeted him eagerly. Sitting by the water, he spoke to it for an hour, sharing his thoughts about Delia, his admiration for her kindness, and the way he longed to see her again. The swan, as if sensing his emotions, gently rested its head on his shoulder. Ryan stroked its feathers, feeling an unspoken bond of understanding between them.

As winter approached, Ryan’s thoughts of Delia only grew stronger. With Valentine’s Day nearing, he decided he wanted to find her and surprise her with a visit.

When he told his mother about his plan, she not only encouraged him but also suggested bringing a bouquet of roses as a gift. Excited, Ryan began preparing for his journey.

However, three days before Valentine’s Day, the weather turned harsh. Snow fell heavily, and the lake froze solid, making it impossible to travel by boat. Frustrated, Ryan sought his mother’s advice.

Ryan’s mother: “What if we attach skates to the bottom of the boat? You could glide across the snow like a sleigh!”
Ryan: “That’s brilliant, Mom!”

With his father’s help, they modified the boat into a makeshift sleigh. But when Ryan reached the lake, he realized he needed a strong push to get started.

Just then, his faithful swan waddled up to him. As if understanding his mission, the swan nudged against the boat with its head, signaling that it would help push him forward.

Ryan’s heart swelled with gratitude. With a deep breath, he stepped into the sleigh, and together, boy and swan, they set off, gliding across the snow to Delia.

Do you think Ryan would find Delia to surprise her on Valentine’s Day?

Nest Of Paradise

Living with Adopter

High above the clouds, where the sky shimmered like liquid gold. There lay a secret garden known as the Sanctuary of Light. In the heart of this garden, nestled between the branches of the Eternal Blossom Tree, was the most extraordinary nest ever seen, the Nest of Paradise.

This was no ordinary nest. It was shaped like a perfect egg, woven from strands of pearl light and organic cotton. Inside, a magnificent paradise bird dwelled, her feathers glowing like the dawn, and her eyes filled with the wisdom of ages. She was the keeper of the golden Easter eggs, gifts of divine blessing that were given to the people on the earth every Easter.

But the Paradise Bird never gave these eggs alone. Each year, as the season of Easter approached, she would begin her most delicate and sacred task, weaving the wreath of flowers. With her graceful beak, she collected petals kissed by the morning sun and blossoms that carried the whispers of the wind. She wove them into a breathtaking wreath, soft yet strong, resting around her egg-shaped nest.

This wreath was special; it was made for the little angels of Easter.

On Easter Eve, the sky would twinkle with stardust as the little angels descended from the heavens, their wings shimmering like pearls in the moonlight. They would sit gently upon the flower wreath, their tiny hands reaching into the golden nest to take the holy Easter eggs.

With joyous laughter, they carried the eggs down to the earth, delivering them to the people and filling their tables with blessings, joy, and warmth. These golden eggs were not just food; they held the light of hope, bringing peace and happiness to every heart that tasted them.

One year, however, a great storm threatened Easter. Dark clouds gathered, the winds howled, and heavy raindrops threatened to scatter the nest of paradise. The paradise bird spread her wings wide, shielding her precious eggs, but she knew she could not stop the storm alone.

Sensing her distress, the little angels came early, their glowing presence pushing back the darkness. They worked together, holding onto the wreath of flowers, keeping the nest steady. Their love and unity shone so brightly that the storm clouds melted away, revealing a sky more beautiful than ever before.

That Easter, the golden eggs were given with even greater joy. The people of the earth, feeling the warmth of the heavenly gift, celebrated with songs, laughter, and gratitude. And in the sky above, the paradise bird watched over them, knowing her sacred task had once again filled the world with light.

And so, every Easter, the tradition continues, the paradise bird builds her floral wreath, the little angels arrive, and the golden eggs of joy are shared with the world.

For as long as the nest of paradise exists, Easter will forever be a time of love, blessings, and miracles.

Grandpa Santa Adventure

Living with Adopter

In a cozy little village tucked away in a snow-covered valley, there lived a very special Grandpa. His name was Emmanuel, but everyone in the village called him Grandpa Santa. Grandpa Santa wasn’t made of the usual flesh and bone. No, Grandpa Santa was different; he was made entirely of soft, fluffy cotton. His beard was so fluffy that the children loved to curl up inside it, and his warm smile seemed to fill the whole room with joy.

Grandpa Santa Claus wasn’t alone, either. He had three wonderful grandkids who were just like him. Max, the oldest at ten, was a soft, snowy white cotton doll with a heart full of kindness. Ben, who was eight, was made of cotton, too, with cheeks so pink that they looked like little puffs of cloud. Lily, just five years old, was the tiniest and fluffiest of them all, with big, round eyes and a laugh as gentle as a summer breeze. She was Grandpa Santa’s closest grandchild, his cherished angel whom he believed was sent straight from heaven.

Grandpa Santa and his grandkids lived in a little house at the edge of the village, surrounded by tall snow-covered pine trees. Every year, as Christmas approached, Grandpa Santa would weave wonderful stories of the magical cotton world where he grew up, filled with cotton candy clouds, snowflakes made of sugar, and starry skies that twinkled like diamonds.

But this year, something very special was going to happen. The grandkids had always loved curling up in Grandpa Santa’s beard and listening to his stories, but this year, Grandpa Santa had a surprise for them.

One cold Christmas Eve, after the family had gathered around the fireplace, Grandpa Santa gave his grandkids a twinkle in his eyes.

“Are you ready for an adventure, my little ones?” he asked in a warm, rumbly voice that sounded like the softest cotton rustling in the wind.

Lily, Ben, and Max looked at each other, their hearts fluttering with excitement. “What kind of adventure, Grandpa?” asked Lily.

Grandpa Santa smiled and patted his soft beard. It’s time to take a journey to the magical Cottonwood Grove, where the Christmas magic is woven into the very fabric of the world. And this year, you three are the chosen ones to help me spread the Christmas cheer.” Grandpa Santa said.

The grandkids giggled with delight and hurried to climb into Grandpa Santa’s soft, fluffy beard, nestling into the cottony softness like it was the most comfortable bed in the world. Grandpa Santa gave a hearty laugh, feeling the warmth of his grandkids snuggled close to him.

“Hold on tight!” Grandpa Santa boomed. And with that, a soft, magical breeze swirled around them. Suddenly, the world around them began to shift and shimmer as they traveled through the sky. Surprisingly, they were flying!

The cotton clouds beneath their feet felt like a warm, bouncy trampoline as Grandpa Santa soared higher and higher, carrying his grandkids in his fluffy, snow-white beard. The stars twinkled like little beads of sugar, and the moon was a glowing cotton ball floating just out of reach.

“This is amazing!” Ben shouted, his voice muffled by the soft cotton that surrounded them.

“We’re on our way to Cottonwood Grove, a magical place where the trees are made of the softest, fluffiest cotton you can imagine,” Grandpa Santa explained, his deep voice filling the air like a soft lullaby. “There, we’ll deliver the Christmas spirit to all the creatures who live there.”

As they flew over the snow-capped mountains and sparkling rivers, the grandkids could see the lights of Cotton-woodland in the distance, glowing softly in the night like the twinkle of a thousand stars.

When they landed, they were greeted by the softest trees the kids had ever seen; each one was made of the softest cotton, with branches that swayed gently in the breeze. The ground was covered in fluffy cotton snow, and the air smelled like fresh sugar and cinnamon.

Lily, Ben, and Max couldn’t believe their eyes. “It’s so soft!” Max giggled, bouncing in the fluffy cotton snow.

Grandpa Santa led them through Cottonwood Grove, and they soon arrived at the great cotton tree, the tallest and fluffiest tree in all of Cottonwood Grove. It was said to hold the spirit of Christmas itself. The tree’s branches were covered with shimmering cotton snowflakes, and its trunk was wrapped in glowing cotton ribbons.

“This is where the Christmas magic begins,” Grandpa Santa said, “but it needs a little extra help this year. That’s why you’re here.”

He reached into his soft, fluffy beard and pulled out a bundle of glowing cotton thread. “We need to weave the magic back into the tree,” Grandpa Santa explained. “The thread of love, kindness, and joy will fill the tree with Christmas spirit, and it will spread to everyone in the land.”

Lily, Ben, and Max eagerly took the glowing thread from Grandpa Santa. They started weaving it through the branches of the Great Cotton Tree, their tiny hands working together. As they did, the tree seemed to come alive, its branches stretching higher into the sky, and the cotton snowflakes twinkled brighter than ever before.

The moment they finished, a soft, magical glow enveloped the woodland. The cotton trees all around them began to glow and sparkle, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of Christmas gingerbread, candy canes, and fresh snow.

“Look!” Max pointed to the sky as thousands of cotton snowflakes began to fall gently around them, each one carrying a little piece of Christmas magic.

Grandpa Santa gave them a proud smile. “You’ve done it, my little ones. You’ve brought the magic of Christmas back to the Cottonwood Grove.”

As the soft snowflakes drifted down, Grandpa Santa scooped up his grandkids from his fluffy beard and gave them each a warm hug. “It’s time to head home now,” he said, his voice full of love. “The world needs your Christmas spirit more than ever.”

They flew back through the night sky, their hearts full of joy and wonder. When they returned to their cosy home, the fire was still crackling, and the Christmas tree in the corner was sparkling brightly. Grandpa Santa tucked his grandkids back into bed, and with a soft smile, he whispered, “Merry Christmas, my little ones. Remember, the best Christmas magic is the kind we create together.”

As the grandkids drifted off to sleep, they could feel the soft, warm glow of the Christmas spirit all around them, wrapped in love, kindness, and magic.

And from that night on, Grandpa Santa’s fluffy beard would always carry the spirit of Christmas with him, wherever he went.

Lovely Dream

Honored in Museum

Hello, I’m Joyce, and I’m thrilled to welcome you into my story! I believe something in my scene drew you here, and that’s what led you to my page. How lovely you are! I’m sure you’re curious to hear the story behind this scene. I can’t wait to share my dream with you and bring you into the magical Christmas atmosphere everyone eagerly awaits.

In 1920, in Indiana, just days before Christmas, I was so eager to meet Santa Claus that I couldn’t sleep for four nights. Then, one night, my mom noticed me crying. So, she came into my room and began telling me a beautiful Christmas story about Santa. As I listened with excitement, I eventually drifted into a deep sleep, where my mom’s story became my dream, vivid and real.

I wished I’d never wake up from that dream. When I did, though, I felt happy and couldn’t wait to tell my brothers, Liam, Marc, Frank, and my sister, Christine. I called them over, and we sat together while I told them about my dream.

On that sunny Sunday afternoon at 2 pm, our village buzzed with excitement, eagerly awaiting Santa’s arrival. A wintery scene decorated the square: garlands of lights twinkling overhead, while wreaths and holly adorned every doorway. The scent of pine, cinnamon, and freshly baked gingerbread filled the air. Suddenly, laughter and cheers erupted as Santa appeared, stepping onto the snowy village path with a presence that warmed even the chilliest afternoon.

Santa was magnificent, his beard cascaded down his chest like a waterfall of snow, glinting in the sunlight. His face, glowing with joy, was framed by a cranberry-red coat so vibrant it stood out against the frosty backdrop. Over his shoulder hung a jute bag overflowing with gifts, each handmade with such care and charm that the sight left the children wide-eyed in wonder. We gathered in awe, gazing at the treasures within.

Then, As Santa scanned the crowd, his eyes twinkling, he caught my gaze and strolled over with a warm smile. “What’s your name, my dear?” he asked, his voice deep and kind.

“Joyce,” I replied, feeling my cheeks blush with excitement.

“What a beautiful name, Joyce,” he said, his tone sincere and gentle. “And tell me, do you like the long beard of Santa Claus?” He gestured to his snowy beard, which looked softer and more magical than I’d ever imagined.

“Of course!” I exclaimed, grinning. His next words made my heart skip.

“Would you like to slide on it?” he asked, his voice full of the magic of Christmas.

“Wow, Santa, that’s magical!” I couldn’t believe it. So, all the kids and I shouted, accepting Santa’s offer.

Santa chuckled, then spread his hand beneath his beard, creating a smooth, snowy path. He patted it, inviting me to climb on. I called to my brothers and sister, “Liam, Marc, Frank, Christine, come on play!” Their eyes lit up as they joined, and soon we were gliding down Santa’s beard, feeling the softness under us and laughing with delight. Other kids joined in, and soon the air was filled with joyous laughter and snowballs as we playfully tossed them at one another. Santa watched with a hearty chuckle, his own laugh booming like jingle bells.

Then, his voice called out over the fun, “Hey, kids! Aren’t you tired of sliding? Don’t you want your special gifts?”

“Yes, we do!” we shouted in unison, scrambling up with bright eyes and pink cheeks. Each of us received a beautiful handmade gift, crafted uniquely for every child, along with candies wrapped in shimmering paper. When I bit into mine, the taste was unlike anything I’d ever known, like the essence of Christmas itself, sweet, rich, and magical, a flavour that felt as if it came straight from paradise. Even now, I can still taste that unforgettable sweetness that only Santa’s Christmas could bring.

“Wow, Joyce, that dream sounds incredible!” my brothers exclaimed, their eyes lighting up with excitement. “We can’t wait for Santa to arrive!” They thanked me eagerly for sharing, and as we kept talking, our mother listened from the kitchen, a warm smile spreading across her face.

Lavinia

Living with Adopter

In the winter of 1870, Lavinia and her family lived in a traditional American village, known for its rich artistic and historical charm, with numerous shops offering old items, drawings, paintings, and handmade crafts. Lavinia often walked through the village center with her younger brother, Dob, after school, stopping at the French bakery to buy fresh bread.

One day, on their way home, Lavinia noticed an antique shop called “The Gilded Age Emporium” displaying a beautiful toy horse with dark red wheels. Both she and Dob were captivated by it. “Lavinia, wow! Look at this horse, it’s so beautiful! Can we see it up close?” Dob eagerly asked. “Yes, little one, it’s stunning. Let’s take a closer look,” Lavinia replied. Dob then asked if he could ride the horse for a few minutes, and Philo, the kind shop owner, was happy to oblige. Philo, who had a passion for collecting antiques, loved children deeply and longed to have one of his own, although fate had not yet blessed him with that gift. He believed that God would eventually grant him a child with his devoted wife.

“Do you like the ride, kid?” Philo asked Dob. “Yeah, it’s wonderful! Thank you, Uncle,” Dob responded, delighted. From that day on, Dob would stop by the shop to ride the horse daily after school, with Philo generously allowing him to do so without any concern.

As spring approached, so did Dob’s birthday. Lavinia wanted to surprise him with the toy horse he loved so much. She broke open her porcelain piggy bank to see how much she had saved since summer. “It’s $5, and the horse costs $5, just as Philo mentioned. Thank God,” Lavinia said, feeling deeply grateful. She then asked her mother what they would prepare for Dob’s birthday the next day. Her mother requested that she buy an Italian pizza from the bakery before 3:00 pm, as it closed early on weekends. “Mom, what about the cake? Aren’t we baking a chocolate cake?” Lavinia asked in surprise. “I’m sorry, dear, our chickens haven’t laid any eggs for two days, so no cake this time,” her mother replied sadly. “It’s okay, Mom, we’ll make do,” Lavinia said, trying to stay positive.

The next day, Lavinia rushed to “The Gilded Age Emporium” to purchase the toy horse, only to find it missing from the window display. Panicking, she hurried inside, fighting back tears, and anxiously asked Philo if the horse had been sold. “Hey there, what’s wrong? Are you okay? Oh, the horse! It’s still here. I was just marking items for sale, and the horse is included; it’s now discounted from $5 to $3,” Philo explained.

Overwhelmed with relief, Lavinia realized how fortunate she was. “Thank God! I’m so happy it’s still available. I want to buy it right away for Dob’s birthday,” she told Philo. “Oh, really? Is today his birthday? How wonderful! Would you also accept this handmade bear as a gift for Dob? It’s made from 100% pure cotton, and your brother deserves it,” Philo offered with a smile. “Thank you so much, Philo! Dob will love it, especially because it’s from you,” Lavinia responded gratefully.

With $5, Lavinia purchased the toy horse for $3 and used the remaining $2 to buy a chocolate cake. She returned home, her heart overflowing with joy, ready to surprise both her brother and her mother.

Nativity Scene

Honored in Museum

Gloria: Hello, it’s Gloria, the angel of the nativity scene and sister of the angel Moria. I’m happy to have you in our scene, where the great miracle of the nativity took place.

In the town of Nazareth, on the outskirts of the Judean desert, there were shepherds in a field who were keeping watch over their flock at night. The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary, a young woman engaged to Joseph, a carpenter. Gabriel told her she would conceive a child by the holy spirit and name him Jesus, who would be the Son of God. Mary and Joseph traveled to Bethlehem for a census. Finding no room at the inn, they stayed in a stable, where Mary gave birth to Jesus. She laid him in a manger.

Two soulful shepherd brothers, suddenly, an angel appeared before their eyes and hurried to tell them the good news that the child who was now born, whom they would see lying in a manger, was a prophet, having shown the shepherds a sign by which they would be able to recognize him. They hurried to see the baby and spread the news. Wise men from the east, guided by a star, brought gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh, worshipping Jesus as king.

One of the brothers took his horn to call the folks melodically. The second brother picked up the song on his instrument, the bagpipe. As soon as the angelic choir finished its song, the Angel disappeared, and the angelic music remained in the air, setting off on their way to bring their modest gifts to Jesus lying in the nativity scene.

The characters representing the handmade nativity set are Mary, Joseph, Jesus, two wise men, Gaspar and Melchior, the angel Gloria, and two soulful shepherds.

I want to mention that my sister Moria plans to join us, but she’s sitting and waiting on a cloud for your permission. Would you like my sister Moria to be part of the scene? No worries; she will join us for free. Not yet. Abraham is also coming to us after hearing the shepherds’ magical call and witnessing the sacred event that God had promised him would take place. Do you want him to join us voluntarily as well? Both will be delighted to join the scene for free if you desire.

The Sun: Finally, it’s eclipse time, and I get to see you! I’ve been waiting all year just to tell you how much I miss and love you. Thank goodness for this moment we can share.
The Moon: Oh, my love, I’ve been waiting for you, too. Give me your hand, I miss touching you so much. Every day apart has only made my love for you grow stronger. I couldn’t wait to see your bright, lovely face again.
The Sun: It’s time to sing for you with my handmade harp the song “Your touch always cools my burning heat.”
The Moon: Your voice touches my soul. I can feel your powerful love. I wonder why people think being away from your beloved weakens love. Don’t they know that love and longing grow stronger with separation? The Sun: They should. The distance between us makes each reunion more beautiful. Every moment without you, I burn brighter, yearning to be near you. And when we meet, it feels like all the universe stops, just for us. Our love defies the laws of the cosmos.
The Moon: Yes, it does. When I’m away, I feel your warmth from afar, and it keeps me going, counting the days until we meet again. I long for the moments when our edges touch, our light blending together in that brief, magical instant.
The Sun: You’re my balance, my calm. Without you, my brightness is incomplete. Every eclipse reminds me that love, even separated by the heavens, never fades.
The Moon: And every time we shine together, brighter than ever.

Flora II

Living with Adopter

Time flies quickly, and Flora, along with her sheep grows up. Her brother Adam used to walk the sheep daily, mainly taking the male while the two females accompanied Flora. Now it’s autumn, the grass is dry, and the sheep long for the taste of fresh greens. One day, Flora’s family was enjoying the delicious soup and juicy steak that Flora’s mother often cooked because she knew how much Flora loved this meal. After lunch, Flora’s mother asked her to take a dish of soup and steak to their new neighbor Henry. “He just moved in next door and might be hungry,” Flora’s mother said. “Yes, Mam, you’re right,” Flora replied. She took the food and headed to Henry’s house.

Knock Knock.
Henry: Who’s there?
Flora: It’s me, Uncle Henry.
Henry: Hi Flora, how are you, my little girl?
Flora: I’m fine, Uncle. How about you?
Henry: Good, but I’m exhausted from organizing my messy house :).
Flora: I understand and you must be hungry, right?
Henry: Yeah, definitely.
Flora: Then I came at the right time :). My family sent me to bring you some delicious veggie soup and steak. Please, take it.
Henry: Oh, Flora, thank you so much for the food.
Flora: You’re welcome, Uncle Henry.
Henry: Flora, I saw your little brother walking with a sheep away from your house. Why is that?
Flora: Yes, Uncle Henry. He takes the sheep out daily to find any greens since it’s autumn, and the sheep aren’t producing much milk due to the lack of fresh grass.
Henry: Oh, my dear girl. I have a lot of green grass that was stored for my horse from the previous summer. You may take some for your sheep to help with their milk production.
Flora: Really? Thank you, Uncle Henry, for your generosity.
Henry: You deserve more than that, my little girl :).
Flora gathered the fresh grass in her apron and left Henry’s house, running with happiness that overwhelmed her soul to surprise her little brother Adam with Uncle Henry’s gift. Together, they started feeding the eager sheep the fresh green grass that Flora and Adam had struggled to find.

Flora is a hardworking farmer girl who spends her summers helping her parents harvest a variety of crops, including vibrant carrots, crisp apples, juicy pears, and succulent peaches. Each day is filled with the sights and sounds of the farm, where Flora finds joy in the simple, rewarding work. One sunny afternoon, Flora’s mother asked her to gather some fresh carrots, intending to prepare a hearty vegetable soup to accompany a mouthwatering steak for dinner. Excited by the prospect of a delicious meal, Flora set off to the garden, her mind racing with thoughts of the flavors that would soon fill their home.

When Flora returned, a delightful scene greeted her. Their little sheep were eagerly waiting at the door of their cozy wooden house, bleating softly as they anticipated a treat. Flora couldn’t resist their pleading eyes, and as she held a carrot in her hand, one particularly bold sheep leaned forward and began to munch on the end of the carrot, completely captivated by the fresh aroma.

Just then, Flora’s mother opened the door and beheld her daughter in a tender moment, gently feeding and fussing over the sheep as if they were her own children. Flora’s mother felt a wave of warmth and pride wash over her. In that instant, she realized that Flora had a heart of gold, brimming with kindness and love. Leaning in closer, she whispered to her daughter, “Flora, you will be a wonderful mother in the future.” This moment solidified their bond, reminding Flora of the nurturing spirit that would guide her through life.

Sebastian

Living with Adopter

An intelligent and elegant boy. He is a travel lover. Sebastian is traveling with his dog “Mike” to his French aunt due to the spring holiday at his literature college. Unfortunately, Sebastian arrived at the train station once the train had left. The reason that made him a little bit upset was that his aunt was waiting for him to eat lunch with him. He knows that his aunt is a professional cook, especially in baking Italian pizzas, the most delicious dish that Sebastian loves from his aunt. “Sorry, Aunty, I will be delayed a little bit, but I know how much you love me, and you will not be upset with me,” Sebastian said to himself. To make up for his delay, Sebastian decided to purchase a small gift for his aunt.

As he scanned the area, a signboard of a unique vintage doll shop caught his eye. Knowing his aunt’s love for collecting such unique items, he quickly entered the store and selected a charming old-fashioned doll for her. With some time left before the next train, Sebastian also bought a newspaper from a nearby booth to keep himself occupied until the train arrived.

After a while, “In 10 minutes, the train will arrive. Hey, Mike, let us go to the waiting area beside the mailbox pillar over there and wait for the train,” Sebastian said to his dog Mike. “Oh, my Aunty, I miss you so much. I’m eagerly looking forward to enjoying your delicious pizza and Madeleine cookies with linden tea. I can’t forget the aroma of these cookies,  how you baked them for me in previous years; it filled the air with the warm, comforting scent of butter and sugar mingling together, reminding me of your cozy kitchen. I remembered how each bite from it made me eager to eat them all. It has been a long time since I last saw you since I started my first year in college. Wait for me, Aunty, I’m coming”. Sebastian said to himself.

Do you think Sebastian’s aunt will adore the vintage-style doll that he purchased from the handmade dolls for sale shop?

Living with Adopter

In the year 1900 on 24 December at 4 pm. The weather in Pennsylvania was extremely snowy. Meanwhile, all the people were preparing many things for Christmas. Even though the weather was frosty, the people believed that Christmas has its magical warmth that all wait for, while kids consider Santa Claus the most valuable and enjoyable thing in this event. Soon after, the friends heard that Santa Claus would visit the first village that had the biggest snowman. Therefore, the friends decided to build a big snowman to encourage Santa to visit their village first and before the other villages.

Daniel asked his sister Luna whether was interested in joining the group to build a handmade snowman for Santa Claus.

Daniel: Hey, Luna, are you joining us to build the snowman today for Santa?
Luna: Hmm, not really.
Daniel: Is Ethan going to join us? (Daniel noticed that his sister admired Ethan so he wanted to encourage her to come with him).
Luna: Oh, really? Ethan is coming?
Daniel: Yes, he is coming, so? Are you interested in joining us also?
Luna: Yeah, of course.
Daniel: Great. But what about your girlfriend Charlotte? Will she join us also?
Luna: Hahahahaha, Daniel! I believe that you are interested in Charlotte. Right?
Daniel: Oh, you caught me, Hehehehe, Charlotte is a nice girl, and I would be happy if she joined us.
Luna: In that case, let us go to her house to ask whether or not she is interested in coming with us to the center to meet Santa.

Charlotte: Hey, how are you?
Luna & Daniel: We are doing great, thanks!
Luna: Are you interested in joining us to meet Santa in the center today?
Charlotte: That sounds fun, but who is going to join?
Luna: Me, my brother Daniel, our friends Olivia, Gabriel, Ethan, and William.
Charlotte: Oh, how lovely. (Charlotte decided in herself to come because of Daniel).
Daniel: Yeah, great. The rest will be waiting for us in the center to start building our snowman to be the biggest among the other villages. So, let’s go girls.
Charlotte & Luna: Yeah, let’s go.

Gabriel: Olivia, I’m so happy because you came.
Olivia: I agree, Gabriel. It is interesting to be here to celebrate Christmas with you and our friends. Hopefully, our handmade snowman will be the biggest so we can meet Santa first.
Gabriel: No worries, Olivia. After all, we will do our best to be the biggest one.

William: Hey, boys, let us start, because we don’t have much time to finish our snowman.
Ethan: Yeah, William, let’s start.
Gabriel: Yeah.
Daniel: Without a doubt, let’s work.

Luna: Oh, girls, look over there. It’s Santa coming toward us.
Charlotte: Yeah! that’s him. Oh my god. We did it. Yeah.

Olivia: Yes, we did it. Thank you, boys. You are our heroes. So, let us dance and celebrate with Santa.
Santa: Hahaha. Indeed, You all did it. This is the lovely biggest handmade snowman I’ve ever seen. Hahaha. Well done, my kids, I’m proud of you all. But, first, let us celebrate and dance, and then, I will give you special gifts for each of you. Truly, you deserve my special gifts today!
All kids: Yeah.
Santa: Yeah, of course, hahaha.
