Before a doll appears in the shop, it stays at the Hotel in one of three stages:
Coming Suite:
These dolls are still in active creation and moving steadily toward completion.
They are in the phase where everything starts coming together — details are refined, balance is checked, and their final character begins to fully appear as they prepare to arrive in the shop.
Waiting Suite:
These dolls are taking a pause in the creation process. They are relaxing in their suite while creation is on hold — resting, recharging, and enjoying a quiet break until their turn comes back and the process continues.
Makeover Suite:
These dolls are here for a refresh. They spend time in the makeover suite, where the designer and hairdresser reshape, renew, and enhance them — refining makeup, rebalancing shapes, and adjusting details to achieve the perfect look ensuring they meet the luxury standard of Marseem.
Makeover is a premium renewal stage, allowing the doll to return stronger, more beautiful, and ready to be loved again.
