OUR POLICY

POLICY OVERVIEW

The refund and returns policy for our handmade cotton sculptures lasts 10 days, so, If these days have passed since you requested your piece, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you shouldn’t use the sculpture in the same condition you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. So, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the purchase request.

Refunds Your Sculptures

Once you return your damaged sculpture, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned one. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve your request, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. In certain situations, we may grant only partial refunds if any sculpture not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if it is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
