How We Care For Your Sculpture
When daily life or display conditions leave marks on your sculpture, our Sculpture Care Service can restore it:
Gently remove dust and minor surface stains from the cotton.
Repair small cuts, tears, or worn areas with care.
Replace or reattach loose parts or decorative elements (arms, legs, accessories, etc.).

How It Works
To begin, simply submit your Sculpture Care request using the form below and send your piece on its journey to us, with travel costs covered by you. For peace of mind, we recommend arranging a tracked and insured trip so your sculpture arrives safely in our care. Once it reaches us, we will carefully examine, repair, and refresh it with the attention and respect it deserves — all completely free of charge. When the restoration is complete, we’ll return your piece through your chosen travel method (again, with travel costs covered by you). This simple, thoughtful process gives your cherished sculpture a renewed life and ensures it continues to be a treasured part of your collection for many years to come.
Your Companion Travel Responsibility
You are responsible for sending your sculpture to us and having it returned, while the Sculpture Care service itself remains completely free. This service applies only to sculputres purchased directly from the Marseem Shop. This service is free for all original collectors, but travel costs must be covered by the customers. We cannot accept sculptures that are severely damaged beyond repair, though we will always do everything possible to restore them. By submitting a request, you agree that handmade sculptures may look slightly different after restoration due to their unique nature. Please include photos in your request form so we can understand your piece condition before it begins its journey to us.
